amazon.com account closure
 

amazon.com closed my account because i used a coupon twice (which should have only been used once) on amazon.co.uk

now i thought they were seperate stores but thats a different issue

so i had an order which they cancelled, this order had a $10 gift cert which someone sent me as payment for an auction. now i sent them their goods but now amazon.com say they are refunding the money to the gift cert buyers account

so that means im screwed!

does this seem fair?

I'm sorry, but if you ask me, taking gift certificates for payment on auctions is risky to begin with. How do you know you're not getting some bogus number?

And as far as I know, the stores ARE separate. I tried to resolve an issue with Amazon.co.uk thru amazon.com and was told from amazon.com they could do nothing for me, the stores are separate.
