CDNOW lost shipment question
 

My Pearl Harbor Vista Series dvd was supposed to have been mailed on the 27th of June according to cdnow's website. But I still havent' received it. Does it ever take this long to be received? My other shipments from CDNOW have taken a maximum of 4 days from date of shipment. But I can't ask for another package yet because CDNOW says to allow 14 days.

It has taken up to two weeks to receive a shipment on occasion, but these instances are few and far between. On the plus side, CDNow is very good about sending out a replacement for lost shipments.:)

I agree. I had one rattler and one lost shipment from CDNow this year, and they were kick-ass with the fast replacements.
