Store Credit Cards

What are some stores that have deferred payment options for their credit cards, e.g. "no payments for 1 year"?

Best Buy often runs specials, but you usuallyhave to spend $300 or more.

Lowe's is running a special, if you buy something $499 or higher no interest (and no payments?) until July 2003, if you buy something $249 to $499 no interest (payments?) until January 2003.

But these are specials, I know of no cards that routinely give you 6 months or a year of no interest.

Mitsubishi regularly does this for their TVs

Best Buy used to have no payments for 90 days as a standard feature, but now it's no interest for 90 days, minimum payment required. Boy, did I get burned on that one when it changed.

Other than that, it's usually only special offers that give you something like a year without interest.

OK, in that case are there any stores that are running any sort of special offers of this ilk for Independence Day?
