DeepDiscountDVD returns...OUTSTANDING
just a little :up: for DDD.
I got a defective copy of The Rock Criterion. It came about a week after I ordered it, which was pretty good. First half played great, but it froze at the layer change. Called their 1-800 number...got a very polite customer service person, who was cool about the return and was very apologetic about the product even though it was not his or DDDs fault...AND they are sending me a postage paid return label...AND they are shipping out a new copy immediately rather than waiting for the label to get to me and then for the return to get to them. Nice work DDD. You have earned my future business...best prices don't hurt either. :up: :up: :up: |
