If rebate eligible dates are different, can I take advantage of both??

Cendyne "40x12x48" (Lite-ons) CD-RW is going for "$54.99" AR & coupon at OfficeMax, and this rebate offer is for this one 'or' the 32X model, which I took advantage of through an earlier eligible date rebate offer.

If the rebate dates are different, am I eligible for another rebate, this time, for the 40X model?

If the department # or code that you address your rebate to is different from the one for your earlier one, then they are considered different rebates and you can do both.

For instance, this month the Cendyne rebate has a depart #02-47162. If this number differs from the one you did earlier, you can do this one as well.
