Did Anyone Here Order From Closeoutvideo.com?

They have a DVD (OPP) that I've been looking for ~ The Hurricane (1937) ~ I'm not sure if they are reliable.

Any help would be appreciated.

Put it in my basket, registered, started to check out and then saw shipping was 4.95 and the only service listed UPS ground. I guess it will probably be released again. Never heard of the place before but they are in Florida.

I ordered two DVDs and a 10 CD set from them a few weeks back. Shipping was $6.95 I think, which wasn't too bad for essentially 12 items. Probably cheaper if you order a bunch at once. There are some 10% coupons posted.

I ordered from them a long time ago, almost 2 years ago. I somehow got the impression they were affiliated with Amazon, but I don't think that is the case. I ordered about 7 DVDs and received them pretty quickly. I don't think the shipping was as high as it is now. I would buy from them again.

Everyone ~ Thanks for the info

The movie I want is at a real good price. In fact Amazon lists it as being over $55.00 used, while they claim to have the same exact DVD new for $14.99. Since it appears that you had good experiences I think I'll place the order.

Actually Amazon doesn't list it at $55, someone is trying to make money off people by offering it at that price

Lots of times the Used prices are MUCH higer than the "new" Amazon prices (when item is in stock).

I found it at other places for a comparable sum. Nowhere close to $55 though.

I'd say go for it and buy it. But it's not that much

It should be "new109" (without the quotes), for 15% off your order. Not sure if it's expired yet, but I used it on an order 2 days ago.
