Can I return an opened portable cd player to Amazon?
 

I opened it but even though it doesn't seem to be "broken" it's MP3 feature only works half the time and the unit in general is extremely slow.

I am not satisfied at all, but obviously I did open the packaging and the plastic it came in is a little hacked at because they don't make it easy to open the plastic packages that portable cd players come in.

Can I return this to Amazon? If not what other options do I have?
