This probably belongs in the store forum, but I'm sure a mod will move it before long

Anyway I've ordered from them a couple of times and the only real "complaint" I have about them is their prices.

I've ordered from them 5 or 6 times. Never had a problem and free shipping if you order more than $50. They're out of NJ (I think) so it's a lot quicker ordering from them than an overseas store.

I think I'm on my 3rd or 4th order with Poker now... (generally I import, but Poker has some titles I haven't been able to find elsewhere). Shipping is pretty fast. They have sent me emails when titles are delayed. The dvd prices are slightly elevated IMHO. But it's outweighed IMO by:
-Free shipping over $50 as said earlier.
-10% discount for dvdtalk members.
-Not sure if it's policy, but as recently as a week ago. (They have shipped partial orders to me without my request, and at no extra charge.) ->In my book, this practice guarantees my return business.

Cheers,
Gabe

Moving a thread about a store to (surprisingly) the Store Forum.

I've ordered from them more times then I care to admit and have never had a problem with them. Packed well, items shipped separately at no extra charge, emails keep you up to date on your order status and most of my orders arrive in 2-3 days (I live in NY state, so that helps). You also might want to sign up for their mailing list. It's only a monthly email, and last November they sent out a 15% coupon with it.
BTW- the first time I had a coupon with a backorder item it was a bit confusing- they applied the 10% of the entire order to the instock items that were sent, and then charged full price on the back order item. Not a big deal to me, but I thought I'd save you any possible confusion

Another Thumbs Up here. I've ordered from them probably a dozen times with absolutely no problems. As someone else noted, their prices are generally more then Yesasia.com (my main site to order from) and other places, but they have a really varied selection of Asian, Euro, and Cult DVDs and their shipping is quicker then most non-mainstream sites I visit. I don't know how their customer service is, but that's because I haven't *had* to deal with customer service as every order has gone as planned.

Go for it!
