I am thinking about buying a cell phone from RitzCamera.com.
Has anyone ever used this site before?
Are they reliable?

They are legit. It's the online face of a chain of B&M stores. I've never used their online services (don't need too...there's one by my home and by my workplace), but I've had no problems with them. Might want to use their store locator and see if there's one near you.
