Sharper Image Customer Service Rocks
This is what a company should be.
I do purchase a few things from them (Mostly at the store). One of those were a Steam Wizard (about a year or so ago). The unit had gotten a little crack and resulted in not functioning too well (Does not suck as good). Called in to CS yesterday, expressed of the need for replacement parts. CS rep placed a request to have the part sent to me with NO CHARGE. He said: "They are standing behind their products". That rocks, Sharper Image. Richard, you had just gotten me a customer for life.
