North American DVD ?
Alright, I placed an order with northamericandvd on the 14th. Now I know their a Canadian company so I'm not expecting the package right away. However, I haven't recieved a UPS tracking number for my shipment (The X-Files Season 1). Do they usually send the tracking number or can I just expect the package to magically appear on my doorstep within the next month?

Never mind, my shipment came in the mail this afternoon. I guess they don't give you the tracking #. I'm a little pissed that the shipping was $10.00 instead of $6.00 but it was still cheaper than buying it anywhere else!

Strange. Ia is Iowa right? I bought x-files season 1 and shipping was a few pennies less than $6 to Missouri via UPS. They are located in Toronto so I am further away from them. Did you have more items in the order?

Yep, I'm in Iowa and I didn't order anything else. This is my first time ordering with them so I wanted to test the waters.

They charge shipping on # of DVDs in a boxed-set. I just ordered Black Adder Complete and they charged me like $6 to ship. Still, $75 for that set is the best price anywhere.

I've been very happy with North American Video. I ordered titles I couldn't get here in the USA and my orders arrive within 5 days by USPS. I'm not sure, but I don't think they use UPS for international orders. I think all the extra paperwork involved is too much trouble.
