Isn't A.I.'s Release Date March 5th? Well Ralphs (in Los Angeles) is Selling them Now

And has been for the past week or so.

I went to Best Buy thinking I could get it cheaper and guess what? They didn't even have it!

I told a girl that worked there that Ralphs was selling it now and she said that the release date is March 5th and that Ralphs could be fined $10,000 for each copy they sell.

Well, I called Ralphs and said they knew nothing about the release date thing and if they got fined they could afford it.

Oh well, Why Wait? I'm buying mine at Ralphs. (The movie may suck, but I can't resist the $3 instant rebate. )

Then I guess my local Best Buy could be fined $10,000 for the Soul Man DVD they sold me last weekend, which isn't due out until March 19th. It isn't the first time they've broken a street date either. Not that I'm complaining though; I wish they'd do it more often.

They moved this thread to the STORE FORUM?

Oh, I'm SURE the word of an EARLY RELEASE DATE for a 'DVD' will REALLY get out in here...

Sorry fella's & fillie's...

Oh well...I TRIED!

But maybe it's best that it was moved here (where no one looks anyway, and I can use the 'move' in an attempt to hide my utter shame) as I just came back from Ralphs WITHOUT my copy because (DreamWorks obviously likes to make us suffer and wants all the money they can get) not unlike 'Jurass-ick Park III', the early or first copies of A.I. are...are...are...

(Please remove all young children & animals from the Forum...)

The MOTHER of ALL TERRORS...

& & !!!FULL SCREEN!!!

I'm not surprised at all. I'm living in Asia, and my rental have A.I. R1 DVD since last week.

This is nothing new, here in the UK we regularly get new R1 releases up to two weeks before. Hence I had A.I. two weeks ago.

Have never quite understood it, but I sure ain't complaining.
