DDD, orders falling through the cracks?
I've been placing about 5 orders a week with DeepDiscountDVD lately and I find that though I always receive an order acknowledgement immediately after placing an order, I often don't receive anything further - no order confirmation number, shipment notification, CC charge, or DVD. The couple of times that I've brought this to a CSR's attention I was told that I'd need to replace the order. This problem is occurring on about 1/3 of the time with my orders. Anyone else experiencing this problem with DDD?
