Just wanted to share my experience with everyone. This was my first order from Northamericandvd.com which was placed on 1/31. They don't have a way to check your orders nor did I receive an email regarding that the item was shipped. However, I was surprised to find my order waiting for me when I got home today. According to the package it was shipped the following day. Thanks guys for the great service especially since you are located in Canada. I can't say that I have received this type of service in a long time.

What shipping method did you select?

I have never ordered from them however their prices look great.
I am looking for a place to purchase the Star Trek Motion Pictures DVD collection from, their price seems great, just was looking for some response on their service.

Something to watch out for however
 

They charge shipping by the number of discs in the title. For example, I ordered Tombstone Vista series and they charged me the higher shipping cost because the item had 2 discs. Their site says they only do this on box sets and I wouldnt consider this a box set. I only found out my shipping cost when I looked at my CC statement and frankly that didnt set well with me (although being pissed off at DVDexpress all week didnt help matters ;) ). I did get the disc quickly, but I doubt I'll use them again because of the shipping thing. Cheers.
