Half.com - Reporting a problem with an order

A seller sent me the wrong item recently, and every time I try to click the "report problem" button on the order details page, it sends me to a page that simply says "Access Denied". Anybody else had this problem, or know a way around it?

Yes, it just means that you have not waited long enough after the order was placed. Try again in a few days.
