I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the new Groundhog Day (Special Edition) DVD ship from Amazon? Their site lists availability as usually ships within 7 to 10 days. I have a copy on order but it still hasn't shipped. Hopefully that is only a misprint on their site but I did have a similar problem with a new release from Amazon last month because they never received stock. I ended up waiting over two weeks after release until finally receiving shipment.

I called them yesterday and was told they never received shipment of their stock yet. Sounds like Amazon is not telling me the truth. I assume you are getting the Special Edition of the DVD and not the original bare bones version? They also told me to call back if it still hasn't shipped by February 8. I would cancel my order if it didn't involve other titles and GCs.

Well they finally decided to ship my copy but I will not likely see it until Tuesday. I found out my order was a total mess and would never have shipped unless I called back again. They raised the price of my order and said I didn't have sufficient funds to pay for it since it was completely paid with STL, promo GCs, and non promo GCs. Seems like I have to go through this every month with most of my orders. But at least they did't get to overcharge my credit card this time.
