North AMerican DVD any good?

Anyone have any experience with these guys? I just saw them being advertised on the front page. They seem to have good prices. Excuse my ignorance but they're region 1 dvds in Canada right?

I bought eXistenZ (Canadian version) from them last year and had no problems. I live in Ohio and the package got to me in about one week.

Anybody else have an opinion? I ordered the World at War series from them (for almost 50% off!), but I have not received an order confirmation, and do not seem to be able to email them. So far, nothing has been charged to my credit card. DVD Price Search gave them 4 stars, but I don't know what that is based on.

Any help would be appreciated.
