Problem with DVDOVERNIGHT.com
 

I tried their free DVD offer and when it's time to check out, it's not giving me the credit on one free DVD. I decided not to proceed and tried to call their customer service. Their was no answer yesterday and today. I emailed them too yesterday and have not received a response yet. Can anybody help?

My Dad signed up to use them for their free first rental... He entered his CC info thinking they needed it incase he kept the dvd or for late fees, and was charged for this rental. He doesn't want to waste his time and call to request a refund for $4, but doesn't plan to use their site again.

However, I've rented from them several times and never had a problem!
