More Amazon Problems

After messing up my order a few times, I was finally expecting my Star Wars EP1 and Willy Wonka this week from Amazon. So, I am waiting and waiting for a shipping notice. Still no notice and the items are still listed as in stock.

If this is the precursor to holiday shopping, it's not a good sign.

Hopefully, to make up for this mess up again, they will overnight the dvds, but I highly doubt it.

after waiting 2 days and not getting a response I sent another email. after 2 more days, they email me saying it will take 1-2 more business days for them to even respond.

anyone getting the feeling amazon has some major problems? anyone else leery of buying from them?

I gave up on Amazon about four months ago after the overcharges when using a coupon/CG incidents.
