Ordering from Amazon
 

Whats the deal with Amazon. I ordered two DVDs on October 24 and the delivery estimate was between Oct. 29- Oct. 31 and still no DVDs. Whats up wit that!!

hmm thats odd... i bought a few DVDs from amazon lately and all arrived on time. What DVD's did you order?

Your order should have a tracking number when it shipped. Use it :)

You may want to try the tracking # on both UPS and USPS sites. Amazon has messed it up recently.

Well i just finished calling Amazon and they said they were bewildered on why the order hasnt gotten here yet. So, what the kind lady did was process it to ship it again and she said it'll be here no later than Tues or Wed. She also said that she'll send me a return slip just incase i ever recieve the other order, oh sure like im gonna send it back.

How was your first order shipped? UPS or USPS??? I had a package from Amazon ship UPS the other day that got lost and they had to send me a replacement. But also, my packages from USPS are taking in upwards of 2-3 weeks to arrive instead of the 4-5 days that Priority mail usually takes.

Track the package online. either at www.ups.com or www.usps.com.

The replacement order should be under your account and should have a tracking number also. Use it :)
