anyone ever receive discs from ddd that were loose during shipment and that got scratched pretty bad? my first order and both Baraka CE and Dead Ringers Criterion were loose/scratched. and to top it off the Dead Rigers insert was bent.. should send them back for a replacement or is it a lost cause?

Just call them and tell them what happened and they should send out replacements and a prepaid return label for the damaged discs. I've gotten damaged items from them a couple of times and they replaced them no questions asked.
