Shipping slowed down a lot!??
 

Is it me or has the shipping times on DVDs, etc slowed WAY down since the 9/11 ordeal? I have a few orders out with nothing arriving at my house-is it the mail or is my mailbox being ravaged before I get home?

Until last week, I haven’t had this problem. My Shrek shipped out from CDnow via USPS last Thursay and I’ve yet to receive it. Same story with a different DVD shipping out last Friday from CDnow.

I’m not going to stress over it quite yet, though, as I have plenty of unwatched DVDs sitting on shelves at home.

Some things have been shipping slower for me. Or it could just be my mailman. It seems he waits until he has a few boxes for me before he delivers them.
I remember one time he left me a registered mail pick up slip which said delivery had been attempted the day before. Of course you're supposed to leave the slip on the day you attempt to deliver the package. He just didn't want to carry the package.
