I tried today just for the hell of it, I was told I couldnt order it at all. He says, "Some titles we just can't order"
This guys a genius, anyway. Oh well. |
Gah! I ordered the set from a Bay Area Blockbuster (on Fremont Blvd, to be precise), and didn't even have to ask them to write "Paid In Full" on the receipt. They went ahead and wrote it down anyway. But I got a call yesterday saying they just couldn't order the set -- something about their source not having any more. Since evidently at least one Blockbuster was able to order the set, is there any way I can finagle this to get my set from a different store? Inquiring minds wanna know!

Checked a corporate Blockbuster near me about an hour ago and they quoted me a price of $99.99 for the set.

I tried to place an order for it yesterday. The computer was reading it as "Dup". The manager said she had to call the order in, and would get back to me today. Well actually, she was going to call if she was not able to get it. She said if she could get it, she would just go ahead and order it. She did not call today. So I still have my fingers crossed
