double check your amazon/free shipping/stl charges
 

I placed an order for the Godfather back in June with STL. All along, the order showed the correct info (well, almost correct -- see the the previous thread on free shipping). I got my shipment confirmation a couple of days ago, and found that Amazon had not only forgotten to remove the STL and shipping charges, but they hadn't applied any of the promotional GC's to the order either. The order summary page on my account showed that the order had those tied to it, but it also showed that my Amex was charged the full amount.

A quick call to Amazon resolved this (unfortunately no GC for my troubles), but I'm sure I'm not the only one caught by this bug.
