Does Bestprices still charge extra for shipping?

I have never ordered from Bestprices before, but I used to hear that they would always charge extra shipping charges if an item in your order was not in stock. Is this still the situation, or have they changed their ways?

I used them about 10 times so far and never had that scenario come up.

That was a problem with their old inventory/order system. They have switched over to a new system and they don't do it anymore. When you checkout the shipping price is "fixed" and will not increase. Their systems upgrade was a while ago and all the bugs are all worked out(if there ever really were any).

My friends and I have placed many orders with BP and never had any problems at all. They also have great CS if you ever do have a problem. We highly recommend them.
