I just wanted to know your opinions on this site. I haven't heard of the site that much so I'm kinda cautious. They have a great deal on a limited Box Set I want. Just wanted to know if their service is any good. Any feedback appreciated.

I was wondering the same thing. I had 3 dvd's in my cart from them and decided I better look on here and check them out first. I did a search and there is some really bad feedback on them in a thread. Even though I would be saving money at dvdlair, I have decided not to order from them. Going through the nightmare of playcentric.com has made me think twice about ordering from someone I don't know is reliable. Your not saving anything if you don't get your order and your charged anyway. If anyone knows for sure that they are reliable, please post.

I placed an order for an Akira Tin from them. At the time they had a $10 coupon so it was a good deal. They delivered on the release date. Their prices are not that good, but with an offer you can get a pretty good deal. I placed an order for the Cowboy Bebop Collection with their Trivia30 coupon (30% off) that was posted on the animeondvd forums. Price came to about $112.00 or so.

Didn't have any problems before with them so I am trying them again. I do recall the thread you mention though.
