Does anyone know how to contact Playcentric.com?
 
Does anyone know any contact phone numbers for Playcentric.com? I am trying to clear up a mistake in one of my orders. I have fired off several e-mails since Saturday and no one has responded.

I can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!.

I have sent several e-mails since 9/15 regarding my order and still no response.

what's the deal with this place?

I went there and checked everywhere for a phone number or an address to see where these guys are based or shipping from. Site's well done but for them not openly showing this type of information is pretty shadey... not to mention they charge your card right away even if the title is preorder / backorder plus the comments from other dvdtalker's in the bargains thread.

I tried that link and several other, but there really is no helpful information except the name Harmit Kamboe.

I finally got response from this guy (Kamboe) after 30+ e-mails to the several addresses listed on playcentric.com. I don't know who he/she is, but they notified me that they could no longer recall my order because it had already shipped. I believe, if I choose to return the item I would have to ship it back at my expense.

Right now, I am trying to get some more info on these guys....will post it later.

Some might find this info useful while others may not.

Based on my experience and the customer feedback I've read on other forums, I urge anyone ordering from this site to use extreme caution.

This is what I know.....

**Your credit card is automatically charged once an order has
been submitted. REGARDLESS if the item is IN-STOCK, OUT-OF- STOCK or a PRE-ORDER.

Once you submit an order, you cannot change, delete, etc.

These guys are not base in the United States. I am not sure of
their exact location. Some people think Canada, Bermuda
possibly Barbados. I do have the address where product
returns are sent.

You will not receive an immediate response from the e-mail
addresses listed on the website. I sent an e-mail to customer
service on 9/15 and didn't get a response till 9/18 (after 30+ e-
mails).

This is it for right now...

I got a reply in 24 hours and managed to cancel my order before it shipped; guess I was lucky.
