HeartBreakers at DDD
 

I just wanted to apologize for jumping the gun with DeepDiscount. They do have Heartbreakers on their site.
This was a message I recieved from one of their customer service reps:

I've used them a lot and had pretty good experiences with them and despite my haste, this case was another feather in their cap. I think that when a site takes the time to address an individual like that it shows that they really believe in the value of thier customers. I just wanted to let people know that are online retailers that do care about there customers, both actual and potential.
