Express.com problem
I've had my 50$ order stuck at express since march. It doesn't show on their new system (after the long 2 month upgrade).
I still have the emails I got when I ordered the following stuff; Three Stooges: Golf Boxers Three Stooges: Curly Squeezie Three Stooges: Moe Squeezie Three Stooges: Larry Squeezie The Tonight Show: Iron Jay's Gym TankTop Ben-Hur (WTF - how did this get here :) anyways, I've sent the idiots like 6 emails and they don't reply back. I thought they were getting their **** in order. do you guys have any suggestions on what I should so. as it stands, I would like to cancel this order and put an order in for stuff that they'll have in stock. |
Stop emailing. Call them over the phone. Be gentle over the phone as you will achieve better hope. If nothing prevails, call the Better Business Bureau. :thumbsup:
