Akira LE Tin from BUY.com?
 

Has anyone else ordered the Limited Edition Akira Tin from BUY.COM? I pre-ordered mine on July 11 for $30.49. I wanted to be sure I got in on the limited edition tin (which is now hard to find online) so I placed my order early. Well, I got it today (three weeks after its release date) and not only was I disappointed that it was three weeks late, it was also the regular special edition and not the limited edition tin.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to contact Buy by phone, so I'm a little stuck. I want them to send me the Tin, not just give me a $30 credit. Because I ordered this with them, I didn't buy it somewhere else, but now I can't get it anymore at the regular price.
Also, buy.com changed the order date on my invoice. I think that at this time they changed the order for the tin to the regular special edition.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Good luck, their email support is terrible...and no they dont have a customer service number but i do remember hearing they have a long distance number you can contact them by. My brother had a devil of a time with them with a mistake.
