Is Flooz dead?

Has anyone checked out the Flooz website today? The whole site is down. I also noticed a few stores have dropped off their shopping lists. The problem is I ordered preordered DVD's today from Tower and am worried if Flooz goes bankrupt my order will not be honoured?

Looks bad from here. I get the empty page also, and one of my two TowerRecords orders was cancelled. Guess that $8million in the first quarter dried up quick.
