Question About DDD

I have a question about Deep Discount's shipping policy.

1)If I preorder some titles, do they charge the credit card upon the order, or do they charge my card after it ships?

2)If I order some prebooks, and some In stock stuff, do they wait till everything is "in stock" or do they ship piece by piece?

3)Any opinions on this company?

They charge your card when they ship an order, and they ship items when they are available.

My opinion of DDD is they are a good company and I have had no serious problems using them. But they are inconsistent when shipping preorders on time. So be prepared to wait longer for preorders to arrive compared to other on line stores.

Since ther's no price advantage to placing a big order, why not just place several orders? Place one for items in stock, then another for pre-orders, perhaps several for pre-orders if you are getting titles with different street dates.
