anyone buy from here before? good? bad? ....ugly?

Small company, good service, but they don't actually stock a ton of titles so you may have to wait a bit longer for discs.

I've ordered from them a couple of times and haven't had a problem. In fact, their customer service is great. They always repsond quickly, and are always pleasant and helpful. Their shipping The COULD stand to give out some coupons though.

I just ordered seven DVDs from them two weeks ago. Three came in one shipment, three in the second, and I am waiting for the final DVD.

It appears I'm not getting charged anything extra for them shipping out each order Priority Mail.
