Why worry about something that isn't a problem? |
I just got a shipping confirmation from express.com - i got some of my stuff but the real cheap monster cables aren't going to be included as I predicted in my earlier post... Oh well.

Screw Express!
I placed an order for 5 DVDs during their sale. Took a screen shot of the order confirmation page and received their confirmation email.
I recently tried to check the status of my order at their site, but it was not listed. After emailing them, here is their reply: "Thank you for contacting us regarding your order (#02981703). This order is not in our system. If you are still interested in purchasing the items that were on your order, you may place a new order through our web site." Of course, 4 of the 5 DVDs I ordered are now nearly twice the sale price. How convenient. Express.com are obviously not serious about customer service or satisfaction. I'll be staying well away from them in the future. |
