Amazon - Share the Love?

What happened to the Share the Love program over at Amazon.com? It still shows up in their Help section but during my last order I didn't see anything come up.

Has the program ben suspended or did I just miss something?

I am still receiving STL discounts today from other people, but have not placed any new orders in over a week myself. So I cannot comment if I can still send discounts to others anymore.
