Kudos to Amazon
 

Yesterday I received my Die Hard: The Ultimate Collection from Amazon. I opened it and... the second disc of Die Hard was not there.

I called Amazon after finding their number on this forum (after I couldn't find it on the Amazon web site) and talked to CSR Camille. She was friendly and helpful. She ordered another copy for me which should ship today. She's sending me a return shipping label for the deficient set. I checked my orders after getting off the phone and this new order was on my account page priced at $0.00.

I know all this is just doing what they should do, but these days many do not or they make it much harder. So thanks Camille and Amazon. Now if they'd just make it easy to find their CS phone number on the site...
