Amazon - reliable?

Does anyone ever get DVDs early from Amazon? What about next day? Is it ever REALLY delayed?

Are there any sites to get DVDs earlier than normal?

This year I have been receiving all of my pre-orders within 1-2 days of their release dates. They used to arrive only 3-4 days after the release.

This week my Thirteen Days arrived on Tuesday and Die Hard Ultimate on Wednesday :)

Why do it then? Is it not easier just to go buy the titles at WalMart or BestBuy?

Also, aren't there sites where people receive titles early?

1) I get them cheaper
2) No sales tax

Lower Prices is the only reason to buy online. I dont mind waiting to save a buck or two.. Amazon orders show up early half the time, late the other half. No guarentees with any online store for early arrival...
