Waiting since April for my MovieDR.com order

A word to the wise, I have been waiting since April for my order from MovieDr.Com and
have sent their customer service center at least 14 emails for its status. I finally
received a response two and half weeks ago after posting my displeasure hear and
they stated it was going out that Monday. Three emails and two weeks later, still
nothing. You have been forewarned fellow DVD members![COLOR=indigo][COLOR][COLOR=red]

Had two orders from them. No problem. Always shipped the same day or next day. UPS slow as hell about a week out from there.

They had the "free" DVD promotion; but don't think they are going to honor it. it's been a few months.

Anyways, you do know most of their stuff is of questionable quality.

Sounds like you have been very lucky with MovieDr.com. My original post had others
customers stating having the same problem I have been experiencing. Mine still has not been resolved nor would I expect theirs have been either.

I read your original post. That was the same thing I was referring to above in my original reply.

I know they won't honor it the promotion and it was only $5 for shipping. It's most likely a boot anyways like all of there other martial arts dvds, which are piss poor copies from a degraded video tapes (complete with jitters and drop-outs!). Go and get the Megastar Fist of Fury DVD or even the new FOX one that came out last month.

The picture on the FOX is amazing but the Megastar has the original language tracks and english dub.

Maybe you could get better action from them if you tried reaching them on the phone instead of in email? If they don't list their email address online, try searching here for the Customer Service Phone # Threads... Might be in there.. if not, I've had luck finding phone #'s for companies by going through www.bizrate.com and looking that store's profile up.

Good luck!
