I checked a pre-order today because I wanted to see if it had been given the free shipping upgrade when I noticed a message saying I needed to make a payment revision. The actual order states, "We are unable to proceed with this order because we have not received a valid payment method. Please click the Edit button under Payment Method below to specify a new payment method for this order."
Granted I haven't used Webcertificates a lot, but I have used them. Since Amazon is a featured merchant on the Webcertificate site, I expected not to have any difficulty using it. I've even re-entered the account info. and I get the same message. Is this problem because I also used a promotional coupon?
