I've sent three emails to them within the last two weeks, looking for information, and haven't received any response but the automated ones. Okay it's not about an order, so it's not top priority, but I should still receive something to let me know they're alive.

Also on their website, I see that the CS dept is open only from 11 am to 5 pm M-F. Six lousy hours a day? Are they down to one rep over there or what? Has anyone else noticed this?

I have only made one order with Bigstar before and one of the DVDs didn't make it to me and they shipped out another one after it had been two weeks. Anyway, all the times I called CS for various reasons on this order (4 or 5 times maybe)it was always the same guy who answered the phone and I used both numbers too - the 212 and the other one. So I guess they are down to just one CS rep....
