Anyone get a refund from MovieDr.com?

It's been months and I have yet to get a refund placed on my card from these guys. Since the day they gave me the exact total that they said they were giving me back, they have changed their policy on returns. Has anyone ever had this kind of trouble from them? I'm going to keep bugging them until I get my money back.
