I'm going to check this out myself today, but wanted know if anyone else knows if they sell computers w/o monitor, keyboard, etc.?

Also, I want to put in my own CD-RW drive and ethernet card. Any way I can do that without voiding the warranty?

I'm fairly sure that as far as CPUs go, they only sell complete systems. Obviously they sell all kinds of aftermarket stuff
Um, you open up the box and install your hardware and drivers (it's generally assumed that additional hardware will probably be installed to a new system) :)

If anything, I'd be more concerned about voiding Windows :D

I had mine custom-built from a computer website. I got 1.2 GHZ, 256 MB, 64 MB Geforce2 Pro and a slew of other goodies for under $900.

I agree with Cornfed. If you're want a particular system, it might be possible to do it at Best Buy, but why bother? You could do it easier and cheaper online.
