Where does Bigstar ship from?

An order from Bigstar shipped yesterday and today and since there is no tracking info. I was wondering if anybody knew where they tend to ship from or how long it usually takes? The Bigstar address says it is in NY, but I think that must be their office only. I'm in NY so if they shipped from here, I would expect them pretty quick, but I have a feeling I won't be that lucky...so anybody who has ordered from them, how long did it take to get their package? Thanks....
