Ok I have had many happy orders with SamGoody.com. However, they now have made me mad. I get home today and see a package. My first reaction, this feels like a cd instead of VHS tape (yeah yeah well the thing I am ordering only is on VHS). So I am like could this be Jessica Simpson's new album? I pre-ordered it. Nah... doesn't come out till June something, still too early. So I open it. What do I see??? BRAHMS Four Hand Piano Music Vol. 4 Serenades Nos. 1 and 2 on compact disc. The invoice inside also says the cd and not the VHS I ordered which was of the cartoon Where On Earth Is Carmen Sandiego: Date With Carmen. SO I am like great I have to return this. Never have had to return anything I bought online before. So I am reading the back and wrote in my note on how this is suppose to be the VHS and that online order status says the correct item. Then I see that it tells me to send it UPS or insured parcel post. Yet, I see no paid postage thing or anything. And, no indication that I will be refunded for sending the wrong item back. I refuse to keep the cd and I refuse to pay to ship it back unless they refund me. So, I emailed customer service (I hate talking on phones and try to avoid this if possible because I know I will start screaming). No reply yet. I hope they get back to me soon.

ANyone else have an experience like this? ANy advice?

Is it possible to take things like this to a Sam Goody B&M?
