they ship quick but their CS sucks! I orderd 4 movies from them a few months ago and they overcharged me. I've called 3 times and they still have not resolved the problem each time claiming a "manual adjustment" was being made and I should see it in a few weeks blah blah blah, never going to happen is my guess.

I placed an order for the Crow Collector's Edition (didn't want the whole box set) on Wednesday, still nothing on their site about shipment. How up to the minute is their web site? Will I get the DVD before the e-mail saying the movie is on the way? They had something on their site saying they were doing inventory, so maybe that is what is causing the delay????

I e-mailed their customer service today. The site still says "item ordered". No shipping notice or anything since the initial order last Wednesday....
