That would surprise no one considering his career has been built on high-impact collisions.

Curtis Samuel had five catches... on 13 targets, which sounds correct based on the game action I saw.

What a bullshit call by Norv.
That's what happens when Norv has McCaffrey in his fantasy league.

McCaffrey did not have a big game.

Maybe it is time for the Panthers to get a new QB.

What is the over or under for Will Grier or Kyle Allen starting before November?

This has nothing to do with anything but Cam Newton was dressed like a crazy bag-lady grandma in the presser. I get being eccentric... but Jesus Christ.

Cam can't throw. Cam can't run. What's left?

Norv always drove me crazy when he coached the Skins. He'd have a bellcow RB and then mysteriously not give him touches for the better part of 2 quarters. No rhyme or reason to it.

Bowles is doing a terrific job with the Bucs D.

It streamed for free on the NFL app for me. (that is different than NFL.com). Didn't have to sign in to a provider. Don't think it was OTA in Las Vegas but not sure about that.

I had to look it up myself. Good grief, I have no words for his outfit. The scarf or whatever he has on his head reminds me of what my Mother wore when it was raining so her hair wouldn't get wet. This was back in the day when women went to beauty shop every week.

He didn't have a big game but would have gotten fantasy points if he ran it in, instead of, you know a QB sneak with Cam.

On a side note, it seems like you could have streamed yesterday's game (maybe all TNF games) via Yahoo! but not if you're on wifi, it explicitly said to go onto wireless if y ou want to watch the game. I didn't try it out because I already had the game on NFL network and it was already excruciating enough to watch it on one screen.

Dolphins give DB Minkah Fitzpatrick permission to seek a trade.

I can't imagine the Jets pulling off TWO intra-divisional trades in one week, but we sure could use help at the corners. I'd give up a #2 for him.

That was some mediocre football between Carolina and Tampa last night. Neither Cam nor Winston should be franchise QBs anymore. Cam looks done as an elite player in the NFL.

Maybe the 49ers offense was not as pathetic as I thought it was and they were playing a good Bucs defense.

I should have picked up the Tampa D and dropped the Panthers D.

I had to lookup a picture of Cam Newton to see what you guys are talking about. That's too funny.

Does anyone here have EPIX? There's a new NFL Films produced weekly documentary series "The Grind" that airs on Wednesdays. It's hosted by Rich Eisen. The week 1 show was really well done. It's short at only 30 minutes. Joe Namath and Brett Favre were the week 1 correspondents.

So mediocre that I did not even know that it was being televised.

Torrie Smith has retired

He did almost nothing when he played for the 49ers.
