He’s also an ex 49er lol.

And I told you that you’d probably win. Brees looks pretty bad.

It's still very much up for grabs.

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

Good win. OT might have won me the game. But that’s about as close as I’ve ever seen a matchup in fantasy football. I thought I had it after that bomb to Ginn. But the play to Hopkins sank me.

Then again, OT might have seen Kamara getting carries. Either way, it’s one week. Let’s hope I bounce back next week.

It was a good game. I lost a game by .1 pts last year after a Sunday night game. I also won a fantasy championship by 2.62 pts. I always seem to play close games.

I won a couple of close games too. One on a last second pick six and one on a last second fumble.

I think I am going to regret dropping AP in some leagues after hearing the news about Guice.

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

Fortunately I swapped out Jameis for Dak on Sunday morning. ESPN had them both top 5, but another ranking had Winston at 20 so I made the switch. I still don’t trust either but this was one of the drafts where I waited too long on QB.
I wish I took Brady and not Cousins as one of my backups and Brady was ranked near Trubisky.

Thompson could get more looks than AP. He always seems to steal thunder.

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

I guess I should’ve only played one league this year. A couple of my decisions:

”I drafted Josh Jacobs in my first draft, so this time I’ll go for David Montgomery.”

”I drafted Malcolm Brown in my other two leagues, so maybe I’ll take Darwin Thompson because I have Damien Williams.”

I went 5-2 this week. Not a bad start to the season.

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

So many damm receivers on the waiver wire. I’m still stinging from picking up Quincy Enunwa and Brandon Marshall after week 1 last year.

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

Team 1 (0-1): lost 120.9-56.9, with Mixon and Tyreek getting injured and a high scorer of Damien Williams at 12.5.

Team 2 1-0): Won 90.34-66.66, with Mack and the Vikings providing nearly half my points.

Team 3 (1-0): Won 178.70-113.42, with Dak topping 40 and four other guys (Cooper, Le’Veon, Jacobs, Andrews, 0.5 PPR) exceeding 20 each.

Picked up Metcalf in one league, and hoping to get a couple guys in the league that runs waivers tonight.

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

One team in my friends league dropped Cam and Trubisky to pick up Stafford and Keenum. I have Goff and Darnold (now on IR) so I put in a bid for Cam why not. But with the game tonight, he won’t come off waivers till Tuesday.

Also picked up Malcolm Brown in the only league where I hadn’t drafted him, plus Hockenson, Metcalf, and McLaurin here and there. Not in good shape with Tyreek out, Mixon ailing, Robby Anderson not looking good with Darnold out, etc.

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

You lucked out you did not get Cam and you can cancel that claim.

McCaffrey a huge letdown and I am dropping the Panthers D.

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

Maybe Mecole Hardman was the most added player for week 2 and will be the most dropped player for week 3 if DeMarcus Robinson steals his thunder.

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

Sammy Watkins blew up week 1 and help me win my game.Next to nothing this week.
Demarcus Robinson is sitting on my bench with 30+ points.
Scored the most points week 1 in this dynasty league, now it looks like only Prescott and Sanders did good on my team with Ertz yet to play.
But it looks like I'm going to lose to a team that started Brees but the rest of there team is also good.
Yes my annual I hate FF post. LOL

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

I’m down 6 points now. He has Jeffery tonight and I have OBJ tomorrow. He’s projected to win by 4.

Do I have a chance? I’d hate to start 0-2. Brees getting hurt killed me. If he plays, I’m probably up at least ten.

Re: Fantasy Football Talk 2019

If Brees is out I am screwed and QB is supposedly a deep position but not when Mariota, Keenum, and Minshew are among the leaders in QB fantasy points on the waiver wire.

You always have a chance with OBJ.
