Yeah, but she was raised on Skyline Chili.

And the rating is probably muted with bar viewership/viewing parties.

Bottom line - I think FOX is quite happy with their investment in the WWC.
You offer ratings as proof? I didnít say they turned off the tv. They left the house while the moms watched.

Better than an anecdote.

Re: FIFA Women's World Cup 2019 (France).

Here is my own anecdotal evidence FWIW. I have two nieces that are both soccer players. One is a college freshman and plays on her college team (DII). The other plays on her high school team (she is 15) and is likely to play in college also the way things look now. I asked the older one what percentage of she and her teammates watched the WWC final on Sunday and she estimated 80%. I then asked her if she thought that was about the same for her younger sister and her teammates and she said, "no, definitely less".

She's tremendous. Such an amazing workrate. She's not perfect dribbling the ball and passing (I expect her to get even better), but if she loses it, holy hell does she fight back to get the ball back. So happy she was rewarded with a goal. In my opinion, she should be wearing the Captain's armband in the next World Cup. She doesn't show up the opponent and just puts her head down and does the dirty work a midfielder needs to do.

Biggest issue with Lavelle is injuries. Her hamstring has been a problem for some time now and being on 24 this could hamper her long term future.

Good point. She went down with a hammy in the England game and I saw the kinesio tape on the back of her leg in the final.

Idiotic graphic that Bleacher Report tweeted out yesterday and then deleted after they got a shit storm of tweets ripping them for how stupid it is.

Look at it: Iron Man, Captain Marvel, the cast of friends, Kobe Bryant Jay-Z, Oprah. WTF?

14 different camera angles of Rose Lavelle's goal.

FF to 8:00 if you don't have enough time to watch them all.
