First Responder Bowl was cancelled today due to weather. Kinda ironic.

Looking forward to the Cheez It Bowl tonight.

Re: 2018-2019 College Bowl Discussion Thread

I’m optimistic about the Minnesota Gophers again. PJ Fleck’s first year was a bit of a downer, but his team is really young and they pretty much won the games they were supposed to win, played Ohio State close most of the game, reeled off a few wins at year’s end to take back Paul Bunyan’s Axe and make a bowl game, where they handled Gealrgia Tech pretty easily.

Ugly first half, but perfect seam pass by Lawrence to put Clemson up double-digits.

Don Brown's defense never looks like the top rated defense it's billed as when playing against a quality offense either. I'm about done with Harbaugh.

If you count his 2 BCS bowls along with this game, Kelly’s ND teams have been outscored 116-45 in top tier bowl games.

That DL is so good.

There are only 2 teams that can beat Bama. UGA had their chance. Now Clemson.

The 4-team playoff works.

They're fucked. I expected Bama to score 50 on them.

Murray looked like he was going to wet himself under the pressure Bama was putting on him.

Baseball is going to look better and better to Murray as this game goes along.

We had, and blew, our chance in West Lafayette. However, I am absolutely certain that we would have provided better competition than either Notre Dame or Oklahoma.

Agreed with how good they are, but it should be pointed out just how bad ND's QB was/is. He had quite a bit more time than he made it appear.

Certain my ass. Maybe. Still would have been destroyed. You really should not be bitching. Don't get schooled by Purdue. And almost lost to the Terps. At least your asshole of a coach is "retiring." I put it in quotes because I assume he'll rise again for the right price and someone desperate.

Bama rolling. Figure they will be -7 vs Clemson.

No bitching whatsoever. It's why I said we blew our chance. My only nitpick is directed at the committee and their claim to take the best teams. And keep in mind, I'm okay with the "most deserving", but want the Committee to say that.

And I would like our chances any day against Georgia.
