Black Monday 2018 -- Which NFL coaches will be fired/quit?

Which NFL coaches will be fired or will resign on Black Monday?

Firings could begin at any time, but most likely early Monday morning with two weeks left in the regular season

This is a multiple pick poll. For the record, I say Black Monday 2018 because it's still the 2018 NFL season.

Going to try included Gregg Williams,Joe Philbin who replaced McCarthy and Hue.I'm going to vote for at least 5 more coaches.

Might be a little early to vote. As a coach like Harbaugh might not get canned if he makes the playoffs and wins a playoff game

Idea from DJariya old threads.

Re: Black Monday 2018 -- Which NFL coaches will be fired/quit?

I'm guessing now I should not have included in season replacement coaches, and I'm not going to vote for them to be replace.my bad

Joe Philbin (Packers) is not staying HC
Gregg Williams (Browns). If this was not such a hot HC job,I think the Browns might roll with Williams.I feel a little crazier about what I just wrote.

I vote for 9,but I feel really good about the first 7 picks.

Steve Wilks (Cardinals) New GM too,
John Harbaugh (Ravens) current #6 seed,I say they do not make the playoffs.
Vance Joseph (Broncos)Elway should have got Denver a better QB.
Doug Marrone (Jaguars)
Todd Bowles (Jets)
Dirk Koetter (TB)
Jay Gruden (Was)

Marvin Lewis (Bengals) Bengal fans can only dream.lol
Jason Garrett (Cowboys)So he claps and?.He shits the bed one more game this year,Jerry is going to find a new puppet.

How did Marrone get an NFL job? He seems so average and just a guy.

Jay Gruden should be brought back since he had no control over all the injuries.

Re: Black Monday 2018 -- Which NFL coaches will be fired/quit?

I agreed with Joey's list and added Dan Quinn. Atlanta was a win-now team, and has under achieved by quite a bit. He might get an injury pass, but then again he might not...

Re: Black Monday 2018 -- Which NFL coaches will be fired/quit?

I think Dan Quinn will get a mulligan for the Falcons season.

Jay Gruden will also get a pass. They're still in the playoff hunt despite losing Smith.

Bowles, Koetter, Wilks and Marrone lost their jobs weeks ago.

Philbin won't be back for the Packers but I do think Greg Williams will be back for Cleveland. There may be better choices out there for the Browns but I think Williams has done a good job and lets not forget that this is still the same Browns that didn't fire Hue Jackson after last season.

I think the big surprise will be Ron Rivera. Losing 6 in a row feels like a "heads will roll" kind of situation.

Jason Garrett will win the division and that alone will earn him another 3 years. Marvin Lewis had some tough luck with the injuries so he's guaranteed another 3 years as well.

Vance Joseph seems like a firing lock. Key will be if it results in a return of Shanahan.

I'm not a Broncos fan, but a return of Shanahan seems like a really bad idea. If it keeps him away from the Packers job though, then I am all for it.

They both realistically should go.

The Ravens announced today that Harbaugh isn't going anywhere, and they are working on an extension.

Re: Black Monday 2018 -- Which NFL coaches will be fired/quit?

Gregg Williams is only the Interim Browns HC, but I think he may have won himself the job full-time. But that's if he wants it.

If he gets the job, I think he needs to hire a good OC and QB coach to work with Baker and the offense. That way he can focus on the defense, which is his specialty.

Joseph, Bowles and Koetter are definitely out. They could very well be fired after week 17 in the evening.

I don't think you fire McDermott from Buffalo. They were a playoff team a year ago, but they suffered through injuries and they also dumped their main star QB and suffered through an inexperienced rookie and an awful backup.

Cardinals reportedly have interest in Mike McCarthy if Wilks is fired.

John Harbaugh (Ravens) current #6 seed,I say they do not make the playoffs.
I was way off on this one. What a defense and Joe getting hurt and with Lamar at QB and winning. They still got to win on Sunday if Pitts wins? KC vs Ravens in AFC finals, best D vs. best O...

Does cincy replace Mav with Hue?If true, that is kind of messed up for their fans.

The Cowboys and Bears should have John Gruden on their christmas card lists since he gave both teams playoff berths and the picks the Raiders got will be in the mid to low 20's and not top ten picks.

Will Bengals fans come and support the team if the above happens? That's a big FU to them.

He's done a pretty good job with a team that in my opinion is not all that good.
